Shipping policy

U.S. Shipping

Pure Bengal currently ships within the United States only. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, shipping times will vary depending on the selected delivery method.

Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–5 business days after processing. Express shipping is also available and usually delivers within 1–2 business days after processing for faster delivery.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $50 or more. Orders under $50 will be charged a flat standard shipping rate of $8, while express shipping is available for a flat rate of $15.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or high order volume periods.

International Shipping

Pure Bengal currently does not offer international shipping. At this time, we only ship within the United States to ensure reliable delivery times and maintain service quality.

We may consider expanding to international markets in the future. Any updates regarding international shipping availability will be shared on our website.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and local government fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Pure Bengal is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
