What is the return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags. To start a return, please contact us at sourabsofr815@gmail.com with your order details.

Are any purchases final sale?

Yes, some items marked as final sale cannot be returned or refunded. Gift cards are also non-returnable.

When will I get my order?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the United States. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured in Bangladesh, one of the world’s leading garment-producing countries. They are then shipped to the United States for storage and fulfillment to ensure faster delivery.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We may also offer free shipping promotions during special events.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
