Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted for return.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your return.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item was received damaged

  • The wrong item was shipped

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Pure Bengal is not responsible for lost or missing return packages.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include photos of the issue, and we will:

  • Provide a replacement, or

  • Issue a full refund at no additional cost


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Items marked as final sale


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please:

  1. Return the original item

  2. Place a new order after your return is approved

This ensures faster processing and product availability.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time is typically 5–10 business days

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
